On the night of August 21, Russian drones launched a massive attack on Sumy. One of the strikes caused a fire in a two-story building; two people are believed to have been injured.
Serhiy Kryvosheyenko, head of the Sumy City Military Administration, reported this.
According to him, fires broke out at several locations. Due to the threat of repeated strikes, rescue workers were unable to fully carry out their work on the ground.

Information regarding the consequences and the condition of the victims is being clarified.
On August 18, it was reported that three people were killed and three others were injured as a result of Russian strikes in the Sumy region. Specifically, in the Lebedyn community, a Russian drone struck a truck, injuring a 38-year-old man.
