Kyiv patrol officers captured footage of the moment a Russian missile struck and the first few minutes following the attack on the capital.
Oleksiy Biloshitsky, the chief of the Kyiv Patrol Police, published video footage from the law enforcement officers' body cameras.
The footage shows the moment of the impact, after which the patrol officers rushed to the scene and began assisting the injured.
The officers found the injured people and provided them with the necessary assistance. The patrol officers transported one of the victims to the hospital in their patrol car and handed him over to the medical staff.
As a reminder, on the night of September 8, Russian troops attacked Kyiv with ballistic weapons. The attack resulted in damage to residential buildings; three people are known to have been killed and 26 wounded.
