Six people were injured in the attack on Kyiv

The Kyiv City Military Administration released information about the aftermath.

UPDATE 6:30 a.m.

The State Emergency Service reported the consequences of the attack in Kyiv in at least five districts of the city.

In the Holosiivskyi district, a strike on a 26-story non-residential building destroyed the structure on the 23rd floor, with no subsequent fire.

At another location, a fire in a garage spread to a nearby non-residential building and a business center. During the search and rescue operation, responders rescued one person.

Emergency responders also evacuated two people from an apartment in a 16-story residential building who had been trapped due to damage caused by a blast wave.

In the Solomyanskyi district, 10 people were rescued from a 5-story building. One person was hospitalized before State Emergency Service units arrived.

In the Darnytskyi district, rescue workers extinguished a fire in a 15-square-meter garage. In the Dniprovskyi district, efforts to extinguish a fire in garages are ongoing.

UPDATE 5:55 a.m. A fire in a warehouse was reported in Kyiv’s Podilsky district.

UPDATE 5:40 a.m. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that three injured people were hospitalized, while three others received outpatient treatment.

Garages and cars caught fire in the Podil district of Kyiv following the attack.

UPDATE 4:30 a.m.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that a fire broke out on the grounds of an educational institution in the Holosiivskyi district. Preliminary reports indicate that people may be trapped inside a residential building.

Fires were reported in non-residential areas in the Podil and Darnytskyi districts.

Medical personnel were also called to the Solomyanskyi district of the capital.

The Kyiv City Military Administration urged residents to remain in shelters until the air raid alert ended.

The previous evening, Russian drones attacked the Kyiv region. As a result of the strikes, fires broke out at industrial facilities in the Boryspil district, and a private home and a car were damaged in the Brovary district.
