Search and rescue operations in Kyiv have concluded following an overnight attack by Russia

All fires that broke out in the capital as a result of Russian shelling on the night of August 5 have been completely extinguished. Emergency services have also confirmed that the search for people trapped under the rubble has been completed.
This was reported by Pavlo Petrov, a spokesperson for the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Kyiv, according to “Ukrinform.”
According to the agency representative, there is currently no information indicating that anyone is trapped under the collapsed structures.
After completing the search operations, State Emergency Service personnel moved on to clearing the area and dismantling damaged building components.
As of now, all fires at all locations in Kyiv have been extinguished. Rescuers are continuing to dismantle and clear away the structures, but there is neither any spread of the fire nor any open flames... Fortunately, we are not searching for anyone under the rubble

Nearly 700 specialists and dozens of units of State Emergency Service specialized equipment have been deployed to address the aftermath of the nighttime shelling in the capital.
As a reminder, on the night of August 5, Russian occupation forces launched another massive combined strike against Ukrainian territory. The Kyiv region was the main target of the air attack.
In addition, as a result of an enemy strike on a non-residential building in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital, an industrial system containing approximately 300 liters of ammonia was damaged.
