Overnight, Russia launched various types of missiles and drones at Ukraine: how many ballistic missiles air defense shot down

During the night of September 1, Russia attacked Ukraine with various types of missiles, drones, and loitering munitions.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.
According to the Air Force press service, the aggressor country launched the following at Ukraine:
- "Iskander-M"/KN-23/S-400 ballistic missiles;
- "Zircon" anti-ship missiles;
- "Kalibr" cruise missiles;
- X-31P anti-radar missiles;
- "Banderol" loitering munitions;
- 218 attack drones.
The main targets of the enemy attack were the Odesa and Kyiv regions.
The air attack was repelled by the Air Force, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Air defense forces shot down or neutralized 199 enemy targets.
Air defense neutralized ten ballistic and cruise missiles, two “Banderole” drones, and 187 unmanned aerial vehicles

Missile and UAV strikes were recorded at 28 locations, with debris falling at ten sites.
As a reminder, on the night of September 1, the enemy launched precision strikes on a railway depot and other railway facilities. Ukrzaliznytsia employees were killed as a result of the strikes.
