Russia launched strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the Kherson region: a 21-year-old resident of Vysokopillia was injured

On the evening of August 6, Russian forces launched strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the village of Vysokopillia in the Kherson region. In the Kherson region, a 21-year-old local resident was wounded; in Zaporizhzhia, there were no casualties.

This was reported by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, and the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

At approximately 9:00 p.m., a Russian drone attacked Vysokopillia. The drone struck near a car in which a 21-year-old man was traveling.

The victim was diagnosed with a concussion, blast injury, and closed head injury. An emergency medical team treated him at the scene.

Russian forces also attacked Zaporizhzhia. The strike damaged an office building, causing a fire.

The fire has now been contained. There were no casualties.

As a reminder, on the morning of August 6, Russian troops had already attacked Zaporizhzhia with a drone. At that time, the drone struck a residential area, injuring four people.
