A 16-year-old boy was injured as a result of a Russian attack in the Odesa region

In the Izmail District of the Odesa Region, a 16-year-old boy was injured during a Russian attack on civilian infrastructure.
This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
According to Kipper, the young man sustained a shrapnel wound. He was taken to a hospital, where medical staff are providing the necessary care.
The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration also urged residents not to ignore air raid sirens and to immediately head to shelters when they sound.
As a reminder, on August 6, Russia struck a civilian dry cargo ship carrying Ukrainian wheat in the Odesa seaport. One person was killed and three others were injured.
