On August 21, the Russian military attacked settlements in the Kherson region using artillery, mortars, and various types of drones.

A recent Ukrainian strike on Novorossiysk resulted in severe damage to two key frigates of the Russian Black Sea Fleet-the flagship “Admiral Makarov” and the “Admiral Essen.” The ships will require extensive repairs.

Throughout the day on August 18, enemy drones attacked the capital. Debris was reported to have fallen at two locations.

Moscow and the Moscow Region came under a massive drone attack on the night of August 17–18. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that hundreds of drones were heading toward the capital region and noted that Russian air defenses were in action.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has officially recognized the domestic “Dovbush T40” unmanned aerial vehicle system. It is a multifunctional strategic-level unmanned aerial vehicle designed for in-depth reconnaissance, fire control, and high-precision strikes against targets located at a considerable distance from the front line.

The occupiers launched several waves of attacks on civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region. There are casualties, including two children.

On the afternoon of August 16, Russian troops attacked Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. According to preliminary reports, one person was killed and seven others were injured when a drone struck the post office building.

Fires have been reported at two large logistics facilities in the Moscow Region. These are the Wildberries warehouse in Koledino and the “Northern Domodedovo” multimodal logistics complex. According to preliminary data, the fires may have been caused by a drone attack.

The Russians attacked Kherson and the Kherson region with drones and aerial bombs; several neighborhoods are without power.
