The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has introduced a special border regime in a one-kilometer zone along the state border with Russia and Belarus.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Hanna Hvozdyar as Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for the Defense-Industrial Complex and Exports. The government has also appointed new deputy heads of the Ministry of Defense and other ministries.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine must adopt a series of government decisions and legislative bills in parliament that will enable the country to secure approximately $30 billion in support from international partners.

The Verkhovna Rada approved Sibyha's appointment as foreign minister.

At the initiative of the Ministry of Energy, the government has adopted a decision to ensure a more efficient distribution of electricity. Lists of critical facilities will now be compiled separately for the winter and summer periods.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi held an emergency meeting with representatives of the business community, the retail sector, and logistics companies. The reason: systematic Russian attacks on businesses that supply goods to millions of Ukrainians.

The working group on election law has effectively ceased its activities, although formally it is supposed to resume them in September.
