Russian attack

The death toll from the Russian attack in Zhytomyr on August 19 has risen to three. Another 53 people were injured.

At least six people were killed and another 33 were injured as a result of a massive Russian attack on Kyiv.

Two police officers were killed and more than 40 others were injured as a result of a Russian strike on the National Police Headquarters building in Zhytomyr Oblast. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the scene.

On Wednesday, August 19, Russian troops launched an attack on Zhytomyr using “Banderol” rocket-powered drones.

On August 19, at approximately 8:50 a.m., the Russians launched a drone attack on the Korabelny district of Kherson, striking a minibus carrying passengers.

As a result of the Russian drone attack on the regional capital, one person was killed and others were injured; damage to buildings was also reported.

Throughout the day on August 18, enemy drones attacked the capital. Debris was reported to have fallen at two locations.

The enemy attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with drones, artillery, and aerial bombs. Damage to various facilities was reported in four districts.

On August 17, 2026, Russian occupiers attacked the Kherson region with artillery and various types of drones.

Russian strikes caused fires at industrial facilities in the Poltava region. In the Donetsk region, part of Sloviansk was left without power.
