The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck one of Russia’s largest chemical plants, which produces gunpowder for ammunition. On the night of August 16, the “Kamensky Plant” in the Rostov Region was attacked.  

On the night of August 15–16, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of key enemy military and industrial targets, including a rocket fuel production plant located in Russia, as well as the occupiers’ logistics facilities and warehouses in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Throughout August 14 and into the night of August 15, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out strikes against a number of key military targets belonging to the Russian occupiers in the Luhansk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

On August 12, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a series of strikes against enemy military targets in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.

On the night of August 12, 2026, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a naval base in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai, Russian Federation, as part of a joint operation.

On August 10, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the “Tobolskneftekhim” petrochemical plant in the Tyumen Region of the Russian Federation, located 2,200 km from the Ukrainian border.

On the night of August 7, Ukrainian Armed Forces units destroyed an early-warning radar, UAV relay stations, and other enemy targets in the temporarily occupied territories.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is developing systemic changes that will allow for a more accurate assessment of the situation on the front lines, a faster response to developments, and greater capabilities for brigades to repel Russian assaults.

On the night of July 29, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched large-scale strikes against strategic enemy targets, including a successful strike on the Ryazan Oil Refinery in Russia. A fire broke out at the facility.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the civilian facility targeted by a Russian missile strike on July 24 is not under the jurisdiction of the Defense Forces.
