A march in support of Mykhailo Fedorov began in Kyiv at the Arch of Freedom of the Ukrainian People. Participants are chanting his name and demanding that Fedorov be reinstated as defense minister.

The State Emergency Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs have released footage showing the cleanup efforts following the nighttime Russian shelling of Kyiv. The attack left two people injured and caused fires and damage in two districts of the capital.

At the “Syrets” metro station in Kyiv, a pilot project is being tested to divide the platform into zones in case the station is used as a shelter.

On the night of August 10–11, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on the capital. In Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district, damage to civilian infrastructure and fires in warehouse facilities were reported.
